As a PhD in Psychology and certified yoga teacher, I know all about mental and physical health, the work-life balance, healthy living and creativity. I scientifically studied what makes people creative, productive and innovative. As a yoga teacher, I combine yoga philosophy and practice with modern scientific knowledge in order to enhance health, happiness, productivity and creativity.
Also, I give lectures, workshops, and private coaching on how stress and burn-out develops in the brain and body, and how you stop stress by changing your habits.
I teach in Dutch and English, in person or online. During class we use conversations, pen and paper, exercises and scientific papers. I ask for travel allowances.
